THIS TRANSFER IS FOR SMALL NON- PLEASURE GOVERNMENT OWNED SAILING VESSELS AND SMALL POWER-DRIVEN VESSELS WITH PROPULSION MOTORS MORE THAN 10HP (7.5kW) AND GROSS TONNAGE EQUAL TO OR LESS THAN 15 GROSS TONS. THIS FORM WILL ALLOW YOU TO MAKE A CHANGE/ TRANSFER IN THE VESSEL'S OWNERSHIP.

ADVISORY: Please be advised that changes to the Marine Safety Fees Regulations have gone into effect as of April 1st, 2024 causing a fee increase and the implementation of a five year renewal fee for large vessels.
